Bert Robinson is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has over 30 years of experience in the professional and non-profit arenas committed to service, development, and leadership. Be it team building in national corporations like Motorola, leaders coaching for a Tech Stars start-up or helping build culture in local small businesses like Vinyl-Me-Please, his training and consulting are helping people to exceed their potential at work and home. Bert’s passion to help people maximize their talents combine with a relational and humorous communication style that allows him to connect over ethnic, gender, and generational barriers.
His journey to the Corporate Core started in 2004 when he began pioneering new roles in Leadership Development and Human Resources for Cru, one of the world's largest non-profits. This included a position as regional coordinator with the Mentors Forum from 2006-2012 where he worked with highly successful entrepreneurs and businessmen around the United States to engage and equip top university student leaders in leadership and character development. In 2009 Bert became a CoreClarity certified facilitator and in 2013 started the Corporate Core in Colorado, a service to improve the well-being of businesses, corporations, and organizations by helping people discover and apply their talents and strengths in their professional and personal lives. Bert and Karey, his wife of over 35 years, currently live in the Boulder area of Colorado and are the proud parents of four adult children.
